Ingredients
 3 cloves garlic, peeled and lightly crushed
 2 in. piece fresh ginger thinly sliced
 2 lemons (Juice)
 1 tsp dark sesame oil
 2 tbsp soy sauce
  cup canola oil
 5 oz (About) trumpet mushrooms, thinly sliced lengthwise
 6 (About) big handfuls spicy mixed greens
Directions

In a small mixing bowl combine the garlic, ginger, lemon juice, sesame oil, soy sauce and oil. Let stand at least 15 minutes and up to overnight in the refrigerator. Toss the greens and and the sliced mushrooms in a large salad bowl. Remove the crushed garlic from the dressing. Toss the salad with the dressing well and serve immediately.
