Ingredients
 2 handfulls of green beans , trimmed
 2 large carrots, matchsticks
 1 jicama, matchsticks
 1 red bell pepper, thin strips
 2 tbsp sesame seeds
 3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
Dressing
 1 tbsp sesame oil
 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
 2 tbsp soy sauce
 ½ lemon of juice
 salt, pepper to taste
Optional
 1 tbsp brown sugar
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Prepare dressing in separate bowl by whisking all ingredients together. Pour dressing over salad, mix well, and chill until ready to serve.
