Ingredients
 ½ cup light corn syrup
 ½ cup dark corn syrup
 3 eggs
 1 cup sugar
 2 tbsp butter
 1 tsp vanilla
 2 cups pecan pieces
 ¼ cup chocolate morsels
 1 9-inch deep dish pie shell
Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle a few chocolate morsels on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 85 minutes.

  • Seek out peaches that are heavy for their size, as that’s usually a good indicator that the fruit will be juicy.
