Turkey Meatballs
Ground turkey makes these meatballs lower fat but just as delicious as the kind Grandma used to make. Use a quality spaghetti sauce or, if you have a great recipe that you love, make your own. Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 egg white
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped (or pressed)
salt and pepper to taste
1 26 oz jar of chunky spaghetti sauce
1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pour spaghetti sauce and barbecue sauce into a crock-pot or chafing dish and simmer on low to warm the sauce.

Place the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Roll mixture into 1 oz balls using your hands, spoon or melon baller. Makes about 24 meatballs. Place meatballs into a baking pan and bake in the oven for 12 minutes. Add meatballs to the sauce. Use toothpicks for serving.
