Green Salad with Garlic Dressing

Dress your favorite salad greens with this simple but flavorful dressing.

Ingredients
Virgin olive oil
Finely minced garlic
Salt

Optional:
Garbonzo beans
Red wine vinegar

Directions
Take one cup of extra virgin, high quality olive oil. Stir in ½ to 1 teaspoon of salt and several cloves of finely minced garlic. Cover and let stand for a couple of hours to blend the flavors. Toss lightly with salad greens and store the rest.

We often add a cup of drained garbanzo beans to the salad greens for extra fiber and flavor. You can add a teaspoon of red wine vinegar to the dressing if you like but we prefer the oil-only version.
