Walnut Pear Pasta
Serves 4

8 oz. linguini, cooked
½ c walnuts
2 pears, poached in dry white wine
4 oz butter
1 T garlic, minced
1 T shallots, minced
1 T red onion, minced
5 oz feta cheese

Sauté garlic, shallots and red onion in butter. Add poached pears. Then add linguini, walnuts and feta cheese and sprinkle with fresh oregano.
