Spicy Altitude Greens with Sesame Ginger Dressing Recipe [Watch Video]

Ingredients
3 cloves garlic, peeled and lightly crushed
2-inch piece fresh ginger thinly sliced
Juice of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/3 cup canola oil
About 5 ounces trumpet mushrooms, thinly sliced lengthwise
About 6 big handfuls spicy mixed greens

Directions
In a small mixing bowl combine the garlic, ginger, lemon juice, sesame oil, soy sauce and oil. Let stand at least 15 minutes and up to overnight in the refrigerator. Toss the greens and and the sliced mushrooms in a large salad bowl. Remove the crushed garlic from the dressing. Toss the salad with the dressing well and serve immediately.
