Salsa Fresca

2 cups ripe tomatoes, diced
2 fresh jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
2 fresh limes, juiced
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil

Blend all items together. Allow flavors to meld before serving with BBQ Fajitas or as a chip dip. Keep chilled.
