⅔ cup melted margarine (cooled)
⅔ cup white Karo syrup
1 tsp vanilla
¾ cup oatmeal plus two tablespoons

Mix ingredients in the order given. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
About Oatmeal Pie
This is delicious all by itself or with whipped cream. Tastes a lot like pecan pie.
