Great with warm biscuits, cornbread, or any other bread for that matter. You can also serve at breakfast with French toast, pancakes, or add a dollop to plain oatmeal.
1 stick softened, unsalted butter
2 tablespoons honey (room temperature)
1 tablespoon very finely chopped pecans (optional)
Thoroughly blend the butter and honey. Add the pecans. That’s all there is to it! Serve at room temperature or cover and refrigerate for later use.
