Chili Relleno Won Ton Appetizers
East meets southwest in this delicious starter dish. You can buy won ton wrappers at your local grocery store or you can make your own.

Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef
2 onions, chopped finely
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon leaf oregano
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Dash garlic salt
1 can (4oz) chopped green chiles (add 1 more can for additional "zip")
1 package won ton wrappers

Directions
Brown and drain beef. Combine beef onions, cheese, oregano, cumin, garlic salt and chiles. Place a spoonful of meat mixture on each won ton wrapper and follow package directions for folding and sealing. Deep fry 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown, drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
