Blueberry Vinegar Recipe (From Papa Frank)  [Watch Video]
Apricot and Goat Cheese Bites

Pour I cup white wine vinegar into small saucepan.

Add 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries. Mash berries with a fork or potato masher to release juice and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool, pour through a fine mesh strainer, pressing berries to release vinegar.

This can also be made with Cherries for a different flavor.
