Barbequed Baked Beans
Serves eight
We’re partial to a barbeque sauce called “Woody’s”. Its rich and tangy hickory-smoke taste enhances the flavor of baked beans like no other sauce we’ve tried.

Ingredients
1 large can (~32 oz.) vegetarian baked beans or
    plain pork and beans
½ cup diced, sautéed onion
Three to four tablespoons Woody’s (original flavor) Cooking Sauce
    or other hickory-flavor barbeque sauce
½ cup grated cheddar cheese (extra sharp is good)
1 tablespoon diced green chiles or
½ tablespoon jalapenos (roasted, seeded, and diced) (optional)

You can also throw in a few slices of finely crumbled cooked bacon or a couple of tablespoons of drained, diced pineapple.

Directions
Gently blend all ingredients together and place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until bubbly. Stir and serve.
