They call it sugar making, we know this "sugar" as maple syrup. Tapping trees for syrup is a long process and demand continues to rise in the U.S. and other countries. We visit the New England mountains, where a family has been producing maple syrup for 7 decades. Another family close by is one of the biggest producers of maple syrup in the world!
