Since 1872, the Colorado State Fair has continued to celebrate American agriculture each and every year. And let’s not forget the food and fun! We talk with Colorado’s Commissioner of Agriculture about the importance of ag to the Centennial State. Host Paul Ryan discovers a good deal about the fair’s history and meets some of the fairgoers for whom this is a special event each year.
