Steve Launey is Assistant General Manager of California Exposition Fair Grounds located in Sacramento. Among many other things, Steve is in charge of Cal Expo's twenty-six horse stables. They're not your typical stables because on the tops of each stable sits roughly 1,000 solar panels.
