There are more than 500 species of crawfish worldwide, but only two that are raised and harvested in Louisiana.
Here’s the quick way boil crawfish:
add seasoning to water and bring the pot to a full boil;
add the crawfish and bring back to a boil;
let boil for about 20-25 minutes;
turn off heat and let seasoning soak into the crawfish;
drain and serve. Good traditional side dishes include corn, potatoes, and cold beer!
